Manse Estates is a privately owned property investment and trading company, base in Edinburgh.
We aim to grow our portfolio of buildings to provide sustainable long term income, across all sectors of the property market. We have a preference for commercial properties.
Our Requirements
We will look at all sectors of the property market, where over time we can secure long term income either through asset management or redevelopment.
Asset Management
Well located buildings that provide opportunities to add value i.e. vacancies, dilapidations, rent reviews or short term leases
Buildings that are multi let and or have the scope for change of use
Redevelopment
Properties with refurbishment potential either now or in the future.
